I was disappointed in the quality. Not made well. Beads look fake and plastic. The elastic feels like it is going to break any minute. I like the sentiment with the Star of David but not worth the price.

I love the bracelets and the story behind them. The only concern I had was the delay in receiving them. They were to be holiday gifts but they took a month to receive them and came well after the holiday. The product, however, is very nice and ultimately was appreciated by the recipients.

The bracelet itself is really awesome and I was happy to support the IDF troops. My only issue was this took over a month to ship to me and nobody from their IG page, their customer service email ever got back to me when I requested status updated to where my order was. Then it magically appeared.
I am glad it is hear and again really like it. My only issue is with the customer service department.

Good morning it took 19 days to get! Looks great, the silver part of the bracelet catches the hair on my arm… and the white string can be seen through the star of David. Why not use clear! Thank you … I still love it BH … Jay

Looks just like the promotional photos. Not too heavy. My only complaint, minor that it is, is that debris can collect inside the pores on the black ball beads, but it comes out if I use a toothbrush or toothpick.
