Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns on jewelry items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at costumer.service@kleopatrajewelry.com within the 30-day return window.
- Include your order number and reason for return in your message.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed return instructions.
Shipping Costs and Responsibility
- If we sent a wrong or damaged item: We will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.
- If you ordered the wrong size or item: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges through mail.
- For a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
- If we sent you an incorrect or damaged item, we'll gladly send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage or defect with your email.
- We'll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense.
