Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged item:

Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
There is no need to return the damaged item.

We will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
