My experience was seamless but my husband placed and order before mine and it took about 6 weeks, multiple emails and dispute charge on the credit card to receive the order. While I do like the necklace I received, my trust in this company is pretty low. Will not order from this company again.

For a while, I truly believed I might not receive it. I’m interested in buying more, but I need more reliable shipping and better tracking/communication before I place another order.
