Love the bracelet and proud to wear it. Love that I am supporting PTSD support dogs for our brave soldiers. However, the original order I made in February was not actioned until I complained in March. The delivery service to Australia was as absolutely terrible. I received constant updates that my item was out for delivery only to find out that it had not arrived and was not at the distribution centre. I ended up complaining to iMile delivery who lost the item. It was found and eventually arrived, a month after notifying them. It soured a really great purchase. Grant Hilder
