What are your shipping times?

order preparation time is up to 3 business days, and the shipping time until the product arrives at the customer's address is 14 business days.

Can I exchange a piece if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, exchanges are possible within 30 days of delivery.Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping in case of a size issue.Since we don’t take body measurements, the customer is responsible for choosing the correct size at checkout. Once we receive the original item in unused condition, we’ll gladly send a replacement in the requested size.

It fits snugly, which is a bonus for me; I hate anything flopping around on my wrist. The clasp takes some practice to close left-handed, but it gets easier as you repeat the process. Where I live in the U.S. there are very few Jews. The vast majority are protestant Christians and are, as a rule, very pro-Israel. There have been a number of admiring comments and a few respectful questions, no negative reactions at all. It is a beautiful, comfortable piece of masculine jewelry. I am quite happy with it.
