I will never buy from this company again. They do not stand by their return policy. They say 30 days and I asked for a return 2 weeks after ordering the item (and only 8 days after receiving). They claim that they won’t take the item back. They will not return any inquiries.

I love this bracelet and suppose it was worth the interminable wait. Customer service was extremely and promptly responsive but "It was sent but the tracking isn't working because our system is broken so you should receive it soon" gets old after a few weeks.

I really like the bracelet and I used to get a lot of compliments on it. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold up well to daily wear. The paint on the beads wears off and then it loses its pop. I'd love to see you use a bead more like the tigers eye bead bracelet so the Star of David never gets washed out.
