I loved the bracelet. The clasp came apart easily once worn a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the clasp opened and I lost it while out for the evening. Thus, I no longer have the bracelet. Not happy about that.

Great bracelet. It's a little tight and hard to get on, but I will get use to it.

I like everything about this bracelet, except the clasp. It slides together, but there is nothing to "lock it" into place. As a result, the first day I was wearing it, it came off without my noticing at first. I found it eventually and realized that the only way to insure it stays on is to tape the clasp together. Which means, when I want to take it off, I have to "untape" it first. Which means, I am not wearing it as much as I would because I don't want to lose it.

I love this bracelet that allows me to (1) help injured Israeli soldiers that need assistance from PTSD; (2) allow me to proudly wear a symbol of my Judaism for everyone to see; and, (3) to remind me every day to support the nation of Israel.
My wife of 64 years loves it too. I am 85, she 84 and we live in at Summit Vista, a senior lifestyle community in Taylorsville, Utah, USA. We have traveled to Israel twice; with ARZA around 2008, and with Chabad around 2018.
I would love to order the black leather band one for my wife but the smallest size is too large (by about 1”.) Please consider making a smaller woman’s model like that. She does not like the model offered with the different stones (moonstone, blue stones, etc.)
Again, thank you for making these and helping our brave IDF soldiers.

However, just a thought ..... perhaps you might want to consider making just the Star of David blue. Everything else can stay black, but having the Star as blue would break up the "all black" monotony and would bring out the Magen David by having it match the Israeli flag ...... just a thought. It is very nice but runs a little big. On another note this is my 2nd purchase, my first bracelet broke a few months after purchased. I sent 8 emails over a month with no response, finally received a response 2 weeks ago after sending requested pictures and they were going to look into and get back to me. Honestly, I like the product but the customer service is lacking and I would think twice about ever buying again from this company

I served in the USMC my 4th Great nana was a Swiss Jewish gal Who came to America in 1709 with her Husband ( A vine dresser’s guild in old Prussia ) His name was Johan Zeh/ See and his wife’s maiden name was Tschudi of Glarus …’ Thank you for creating this bracelet.
