I love the bracelets, bought for my daughters as well. But they are all too big for our wrists. Wish you offered different sizes. For people with small wrists they’re way too big. Otherwise very pretty and for a good cause.

As you will see in the emails below, I sent you several emails and I even submitted a photo of the fact that the original bracelet that I ordered from you, which I was assured via some email correspondence was unisex and would definitely fit a medium size man’s wrist, was MUCH too small. We discussed (below) that you would send me a 21 cm/8.2 inch Star of David bracelet as a replacement. Instead of doing that you sent me an identical bracelet that I requested permission to return that, of course, is ALSO MUCH TOO SMALL because it’s the same one. My pleasure to return the two wrong bracelets, but if I don’t receive the one that we chatted about that is 21 cm. that will actually fit me and that I will be able to wear, I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company. I gave this bracelet to my sister for her birthday. I had to print info from your website because the plain box did not have any explanation of the bracelet or the reason for the company. Not even a sticker on the box with your company name. I also printed the warranty from the website or she would not have had it. Would be pretty easy to include some information with the item purchased.

Beautifully crafted. The biggest aim is helping our IDF soldiers get a service dog. That is immeasurable.

It took a while to receive it, but it came well-packaged and looks exactly like the picture. My skin is sensitive, and I've had no reaction. I love it and wear it proudly!

Hi The stones are pale green not at all what was pictured. I couldn’t get anyone to respond to my many emails to find out where my bracelet was . There was no tracking info shared and it took a month to arrive.

The tiger eye bracelet is just as shown, great look and easy to wear. I also bought the “mystery bracelet” which turned out to be the matching black bracelet. I really like both of them. The only trouble was delivery. It took a full month for the package to arrive and the tracking never clearly showed where the delay was. I paid using PayPal and reported the delay to both. But it was worth waiting for!

I have not received the bracelet and am very disappointed!

I have been waiting for my order for 6 weeks. Also, right after I placed that order for two bracelets, the company announced that customers would receive a free bracelet with an order of two bracelets. I asked for the free bracelet and was denied. Very poor customer service - and I still don't have the original two bracelets!

My wife likes it very much. Took longer to get than expected but in the timeframe noted on the website.

Mu wife and I love our bracelets. However when we ordered under the buy 2 get 1 free, we never received the third bracelet and had no success communicating this to customer relations.
